Session

An exploration of your current business (or business idea) to create a foundation that feels authentic, sustainable, and uniquely yours.
A 90-minute 1:1 Integrative Session that combines somatic awareness, parts work (IFS), and Human Design.
We’ll follow the energy of our conversation and your lived experience. How much we can uncover and move through will vary from session to session.

Purchase & Preparation
Once you book your session, you’re receive a a short form to share your birth details (time, date, location) so I can generate your Human Design chart; your businesses URL and social handles (if you have them); and a few words about your business challenges and visions for the future.
I’ll spend time with your chart before we meet, connecting to your energy and identifying the key patterns, gifts, and themes calling to be seen.
Live Session (90 mins via Zoom)
This is our space to dive into the details and essence of your business and uncover what’s been waiting to be seen.
Integration
Within 3 business days, you’ll receive a recording and key notes from our session so you can revisit and deepen your understanding over time.
