1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, any member portal, online courses, digital content, hypnosis audio journeys, Human Design readings, workshops, and all related services provided by the Company (“Services”). By accessing the Website or purchasing, enrolling in, or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website and Services.

The Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides educational and informational services, including but not limited to:

  • Human Design, astrology, and energetic education sessions

  • Hypnosis-based audio journeys

  • Somatic, mindset, and self-development programs

  • Online courses and digital products

  • Workshops, events, and membership-based content

  • Blog articles, newsletters, podcast episodes, and related informational materials

The Services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and are not substitutes for any licensed or regulated professional service. See Disclaimers section.

3. Account Registration & Security

Certain Services may require the creation of a user account on the Website or member portal. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password

  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

4. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through third-party processors such as Stripe or Squarespace Payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize these processors to charge your chosen method of payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products, audio readings, online courses, workshops, or missed sessions.

  • For multi-payment plans, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to make timely payments may result in access being revoked.

The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.

5. Delivery of Digital Products and Audio Files

Digital products and audio recordings are delivered electronically. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your email address is correct

  • Downloading files promptly

  • Maintaining secure storage of your files

We do not guarantee permanent hosting or re-delivery of files beyond 90 days after initial delivery.

6. Human Design Chart Data

If you submit birth information (date, time, and location) for the purpose of generating a Human Design chart:

  • Your information is processed by Human Design Technologies Ltd. solely for chart generation.

  • The information is not sold or reused for any other purpose.

  • The information is automatically deleted after 90 days by that provider.

  • By submitting this data, you consent to this processing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Website or Services—including but not limited to audio files, videos, worksheets, PDFs, course materials, images, written content, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce materials

  • Upload Company content elsewhere

  • Create derivative works

  • Use the content for commercial purposes

  • Record or distribute workshops or sessions

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

8. Confidentiality

Any personal or sensitive information shared with the Company during one-on-one sessions or through intake forms will be treated as confidential and used solely for providing the purchased Service.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for information transmitted over the internet.

9. No Professional Advice

All Services are intended for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only. The Company does not provide:

  • Medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment

  • Clinical hypnosis or psychotherapy

  • Legal advice

  • Financial or tax advice

  • Medical or psychiatric emergency services

You agree to consult an appropriate licensed professional for any needs in these areas.

10. Hypnosis, Meditation & Audio Journey Safety

By using any hypnosis, meditation, or somatic audio journey, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You must not use such recordings while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring alertness.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring a safe environment when listening.

  • You assume all risks associated with altered states, relaxation practices, or emotional responses that may arise.

  • The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or adverse experiences resulting from improper use.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website or Services:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent activities

  • To impersonate another person

  • To upload harmful code or disrupt functionality

  • To infringe intellectual property rights

  • To harass, threaten, or abuse others

  • To attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Violation may result in termination of access.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. The Company is not responsible for:

  • The content, policies, or accuracy of third-party sites

  • Any harm or damages associated with third-party use

You access such sites at your own risk.

  • Information provided is accurate, reliable, or complete
