How To Download + Save to Your Music Library

iPhone Users

Your audio file has been delivered as a downloadable MP3.

The following are two secure ways you can save and listen to it:

Option 1: Stream & Save Using the Files App

(Works for everyone — no desktop required)

Step 1 — Download Your Audio

Tap the download link you received in your email.

Step 2 — Find Your File

Open the Files app (built into your iPhone/iPad)

Tap Browse

Tap Downloads

Your audio file will be inside.

Step 3 — Listen

Tap the file and it will begin playing immediately.

Optional: Keep your audio saved permanently and avoid having to re-download later:

Press and hold on the audio file

Tap Move

Choose On My iPhone

Place it into a personal folder (e.g., “Hypnotic Journeys” or “Her Uprise”)

Option 2: Add to Your Apple Music Library

(Only possible with a desktop computer)

This method allows your hypnosis audio to appear alongside your other music.

If you have an active Apple Music subscription

You can use Sync Library to make your audio available across devices.

On Your Computer (Mac or Windows):

Open the Music app (or iTunes on Windows)

Drag the downloaded MP3 into your Library

If you’re prompted, choose “Add to Library”

Then: Go to Settings → Music → Sync Library = ON on your iPhone
If the same Apple ID is used, the track will appear automatically.

If you DO NOT have an Apple Music subscription

You can still add your file — using manual sync.

On Your Computer

Plug your iPhone into your computer using a USB cable

Open the Music app (or iTunes on Windows)

Drag your MP3 into your Library

Select your device in the sidebar

Choose Music

Check “Sync Music”

Select your file or playlist

Tap Sync (ensure you read any prompts carefully so you don’t delete any previously downloaded music).

Your hypnosis track will now appear in the Music app on your phone.

For Android Users

Your audio file downloads directly to your device and can be saved into your main music folder so it appears in your player.

Easiest Method (No syncing needed)

Step 1 — Download Your Audio

Tap the download link from your email.

Step 2 — Locate Your File

Open Files, My Files, or Downloads folder.

Step 3 — Move Your File

Tap and hold the audio file, then select:

Move → Music or Audio folder

If those folders don’t exist, you can create one.

Step 4 — Open Your Audio Player

Most Android phones come with:

Samsung Music

Google Files Audio Player

VLC Player

Your hypnosis track will appear automatically.
